Please note that physicians' fees are not included in the Hospital charges. These are separate charges and should be discussed with your physician. Frequently, a patient will require professional services from more than one physician. In such circumstances, you may receive several separate bills showing the services rendered by each physician. In some cases, a hospital-based physician may be involved in your case, such as a radiologist who interprets your X-rays or an anesthesiologist. If this occurs, you will receive a bill from Fornance Physician Services
