For generations, the pediatricians of Montgomery Hospital Medical Center have cared for children throughout our community from birth through to adolescence.

To strengthen and expand this level of care, Montgomery Hospital formed a partnership with Temple Children's Hospital this past year to bring two full-time Temple pediatricians on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

"We are delighted to have Dr. Van Kurk and Dr. Lockett from Temple Children's Hospital with us throughout the year" states Dr. Donald Brogan, chair of the department of pediatrics. "Having two experienced pediatricians available for care in the delivery room, nursery and also in the emergency room when children are injured ensures constant high quality care for these young lives."

Each child born or seeking medical attention at Montgomery Hospital Medical Center deserves the best treatment available. Our partnership with Temple Children's Hospital underscores our commitment to providing the highest level of compassionate care possible.

Nursery services at Montgomery include "around the clock" coverage for the care of stable newborns as well as premature, sick and unstable infants requiring complex, intensive care. The hospital also has neonatology services available if needed for severely ill newborns.
